I finished setting up the inventory menu. You reload and heal during the gameplay and not the inventory menu. The inventory will give you information about the item, world-building, character, or all of them. On the top left, Judith facial expressions changes depending on the health. Judith is happy when the health is over 75; Judith is serious when the health is under 75 and over 50; Judith is sad when the health is under 50 and over 25; Judith is ugly when the health is under 25.
